When we started Nom Nom Gardens, we were at a small house in the middle of Sioux Falls and developed an aquaponic system both outdoors and in our basement. From there stemmed our ethos of sustainable and efficient food production.
By growing up with families that came from yard to table, this wasn’t that far of a stretch for us. Since our beginning days, Nom Nom Gardens has grown into more than aquaponics to not only supporting our community, but also building one around good, natural food.
